Tea is the most popular beverage in India. This photo was taken in a roadside tea stall outside Lok Nayak Hospital in Delhi (locals still call it ‘Arvind’ derived from ‘Irwin’, the institution’s pre-independence name).
These tea glasses remind me of my hostel days. The drizzling rain……….. with the friends………. sip tea under the scanty plastic shade……………..
Gone are the days but memories are still fresh as yesterday’s.
